Non-technical founders: When looking for your first developer/co-founder for your tech startup it is way more important to find someone that truly believes in you or your vision than someone that is great at coding. You won’t be able to measure that yourself anyway. Look for a generalist ( full-stack ) who can write code, any code, any language… that’s all.
