I need an education here. Gary Gensler, Chairman of the SEC just seemed to subtly mention entrepreneurs who are running DEFI platforms are not totally centralized (which for the moment we sort of knew, although it's not the long-term plan) and should come into the SEC and register? Is this something Bitclout is planning on? Should it be, Why or Why not? @diamondhands
