solana's big announcement this past week was the SMS - solana mobile stack. i put in my deposit to be on the waitlist. (refundable, cause i dunno if i definitely want it, but i wanted my spot lol) i've seen speculation that the goal might be to have validators running on phones (apparently already possible) and utilizing the cellular network as another path for solana to take. but even without that stuff, the phone seems like it probably will be cool. except Android. this is my biggest problem with it, but i'll wait to see more before ditching. ~NFA~
