ok @MarioNawfal i have an idea. honestly i don't know why this isn't something that was baked in from the start, but i guess it wasn't something i felt that was lacking because it's not REALLY the kind of feature i ever use with social media. but, i know that companies using things like Zapier and i think there is/was something like IFTTT - a way to set up like events/triggers based on various conditions. considering the idea with deso is to have all sorts of apps running on the blockchain, seems like it would make sense to have built this and created something very standardized. like, if ( [any user] (meeting condition) *buys* [creator coin] (meeting condition) ) then ( [distribute FR%] (pro rata) [to coin holders] (meeting condition) [as diamonds] ) but then something like, "if DAO account receives direct wallet transfer, distribute this amount to specified user's creator coin holders in diamonds", "if someone sends 5 diamonds or more, create a post with specified template", "if NFT is sold, do this.." it would totally eliminate the need for the way the NFT royalties are handled now, and would put all of those criteria in one place to easily repeat for all NFTs etc. could do something like "if any user i follow makes a post and this user has been active for 10 days straight, give them 2 diamonds" - give the users the power that someone writing bots has already. this would fall in line with the whole idea of web3 giving the users more control too. it would have to be based on blockchain txns really, but i believe at least all of the things i mentioned have txn representations. but it would be more ideal perhaps if new txn types (or it would like say what PostExtraData would be populated with or something like that to customize the txn) could be given to users in the form of a token, that you could then use with the templating system in order to create actions that are specific to some other new application on the blockchain. so it wouldn't need a centralized place to collect new actions based on new applications, users would only get these tokens and feed them into the templating system's slot if they care to create an action based on the application. so, like, if i owned someone's creator coin and i could see on chain that they have these triggers set up that would result in me earning diamonds, and it was the result of their CC being sold, now i have an added incentive to try to promote that person. like, i know people are opposed to ads, whatever, but an ad system that could be set up on a profile at some other site on the blockchain, would create a token that the user would use to set up this action whereby ad revenue would know how to get into their wallet. so now the creator and a coin holder would have an incentive to specifically promote that node's profile page for that creator, because they would earn from it. just an example of something that sounds like it would make sense and could definitely do something with creator coins. so the creator has the trigger set up that has ad revenue coming to their wallet. me as a coinholder, i can create a trigger based on that trigger firing for that user, and have it send me a notification. so then things start to get really interesting. cause where can that go. can we create an infinite loop on the blockchain? imagine the possibilities! something about that seems really cool, obviously some short circuiting would be in place, but still- the idea of building a machine out of these seems fascinating. this kind of functionality is really what i thought we were going to be getting - i think everyone forgot that "smart services" were like something we were told was coming, and yet, where are they? this would be like the social smart contract system. i think it's a solid idea. may not be so feasible to build it into this blockchain, but i don't know why not, and if not, it should be done somewhere. just spitballing stuff. nothing revolutionary but you asked if anything could help creator coin. this kind of thing would open up all sorts of possibilities maybe. maybe it'd be too complicated. but it's not like cryptography-complicated. want to share your complicated trigger as a template for others? mint them as NFTs to give (or sell!) to people. presto magnifico. want access to even see my triggers? not so fast - you must own some of my creator coin for that ability, and must have held it for x days even. there's another idea. they'll just keep coming if we go down this path.

I see where you are going with this ... I think 🤔 😆.. I will take another read of this a bit later ..... Its an interesting concept for those who are primarily here for The money only ... could it leave another another door door open for the scammers tho ???

no, there's no additional doors it opens. considering you could theoretically script all of these things on your own right now, and some people ofc do that. such as, "when (new user buys x amount of own creator coin) .." or "when (user whose creator coin is <= x and >= y, and FR% is changed) .." can't scam a script. no con involved. if a script gets "scammed" it means the script was poorly written. the idea is attaching smart contracts to profiles. ofc really this stuff needs to execute "on-chain" by a node and be validated by other nodes too.
