new ideas that could help w/ both existing and new users:
- most-engaged posts/comments all-time/this month/today, clear direction to new users on how to check out the all-time lists
- a way to mark posts/comments as favorites. users who want to only mark posts they think would be useful to new users could apply and have their list of favorites called out to somewhere. someone could do all the DESO feature-mentioning posts, someone could do funny posts, etc. reward these users in some way for curating.
