awesome, all i want is to know that we're aware of these problems, and can work towards a proper solution. i'm not advocating for just rampant account bans, i think there could be ~extremely nice~ suggestions made for ~early adopters~ and ideally maybe a public message about not breaking TOS and why we even have the TOS to begin with.
if a node chooses to have no TOS and pushes content out that negatively affects other nodes, this could also be a topic addressed. sure you have the right but at what cost? etc..
