I set the first round really with a pretty low target amount, because I think it's going to be difficult to find people who would simply trust anything we just write in the description. And the pages at the moment I think are very lacking in the ability to concisely provide any kind of details to help people to trust in anything. I can't even set myself as the founder with any way to point to never having sold my creator coin (of course if people new to DESO find the DAO, that would mean nothing to them anyway). And I don't want to have to create a website to organize information in a better way when this should be all that I need to manage the DAO. So, baby steps. But so if we reach the target goal, which is ofc not a lot to invest in too much on Solana - I will make a proposal on where the funds will go (how much to buy what token, with info on the token, etc.) for us to vote on. Before that, we'll also vote on if the funds should stay in the DESO treasury or if I should withdraw them and put them in USDC while we work out any details. The wallet address on Solana will be posted so everyone will always be able to see where the money is. After some amount of time where there is a history that can be seen by others, and maybe even some ability of a real trustless way of managing the treasury - and there are multisig Solana wallets I believe, so that should be something to consider - we can decide if we want to open another round with a much higher target. But, who knows - we can also just remain a small group and we can just try to have fun becoming degens on Solana maybe? Sounds fine to me, too!
