Who actually bids on all these almost auto-generated NFTs that are flooding everywhere? And why? Why do you want to "own" those? I'm not trying to claim art has to have an effort behind it, but I'm still confused how these can be so sought after that they're all over.

From my understanding, there is in fact a lot of effort that goes into coding these generated nft’s. That in itself is a new form of art. The excitement of it, feels very similar to the excitement of opening a packet of basketball collectors cards back in the 90’s, and hoping you will find a rare card that’s worth heaps! The generated nft’s have rarity in different accessories or features etc. so it is similar… in some ways you could say it’s interactive art? Traditional art is a very sacred thing that not everyone has the capacity to appreciate… but nft’s collector items are much more accessible for everyone I think? I do believe as our user base expands into the millions, more traditional art will also have its audience and be much more appreciated on the platform as well. Not saying I’m right about this though. 😅😜

I do appreciate your answer, though unfortunately, the coding is a breeze these days as there are countless examples out there. I'm not going to mention any names, but I can tell at least one user of this site uses https://innovationcompany.co.uk/labs/faces/ In other words, creating the posts is the real effort for at least some of these. :) And I totally get that I don't get to "define" what is art and what isn't. I'm just not a fan of how these are almost overtaking this platform.
