Just a few thoughts. why does Bitclout need its own token? Is it really the case that it is technically not possible to realize it with BTC? Just as PayPal, Visa and the Lightning network are a second layer for BTC, Bitclout could work in a similar way, right? Bitclout as a decentralized social network with btc would give so many people freedom. I don't understand what freedom I have when the only way out of Bitclout is through an exchange with KYC. Why not enable Bitcoin in, Bitcoin out?

Creating own cryptocurrency will benefit the VCs and the first person. In your case, there would be no premined currency worth of billions. On the top of it, it would have become just an open-source project, and har to monetize (without adv., etc.)
